This course introduces students to contemporary Human Resource Management (HRM) in organizations undergoing digital transformation. Students examine how organizations attract, develop, motivate, and retain talent while leveraging information technologies, HR analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for strategic decision-making.
Special emphasis is placed on data-driven HRM, people analytics, algorithmic recruitment, AI-assisted performance management, ethical issues in AI, and the future of work. Students learn to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs rather than relying on them unquestioningly.
